It is time, yet again friends, for a journey to the last episode of a show – whether or not we’ve seen the rest of it.
This time, we harken back to a time when shows had a lot of set-up and then endings that felt kind of thrown out of nowhere. A time of mysterious islands and scenes that felt like they were ripped from escape rooms… mysteries abound, answers lesser so. It’s time for The End, with a show Rob has seen and Hatton has not – The Event.
Was it good? Was it bad? It only got one season and ends on a cliffhanger, so the answer is probably obvious… find out what we think on — The End.
Period Pieces w/ Meredith Placko

Sometimes, the Somethings need a little cultural – and given that normally they are as cultured as a strep throat test, they need to bring in the big guns.
Joining the boys this week is the long-time friend of the show, Meredith Placko – host, geek of all colors, and one half of the model paint powerhouse TurboDork. One of her nerddom dujours is historical fashion – so it felt like she was the prime candidate as we get down and discuss Period Films.
So get yourself some absinthe, a powdered wig, a ten pound bag of boning, and get ready to talk about the past!

Everyone has taken their shots at Joe Exotic and his war against Carol Baskins, and now it’s our turn. The Somethings were live on Twitch and got down to brass tacks… who were the real heroes in the lion’s den? Who were the real monsters? Which one of us is implicated in the death of her husband?
There’s only one way to find out — and afterwards, don’t forget to take a listen afterwards to our newest episode of Stories To Amaze: DEM!

There’s a new show that has become must-see–TV for Hatton & PCR, and it is Lego Masters (on Fox & Hulu). Every week, teams of two are competing building crazy Lego builds and only one team is going to come out on top.
Well, our guest this week just so happens to be one of the competitors who has been killing it with her teammate Sam. Jessica Ragzy Ewud (ragzyart.com) joins us to talk about Lego Masters, the art world, and a whole lot more…
So get yourself a pair of headphones, a box of bricks, and listen while you build…

It’s the fifth week of the month – so you know what that means?
Do you? If you do, please … tell us…
For us, it meant that we went live on Twitch on St. Paddy’s Day and talked about how we’re dealing with the world we’re living in at the moment. From the shows we’re enjoying, the games we’re playing, and honestly how we’re keeping sane… it’s a Free For All on this week’s Something while we get ready for two weeks upcoming of great interviews!
Please note – there may be a sync issue at one point in the episode. It clears up later. I may have missed a spot – Hatton

With the world topsy turvy, a month with 5 Tuesdays, we are all jumbled up, so The End came early, there’s a chaos episode next week – and this week, you get a review of a show we’ve talked about before! ..but it’s ok, because it is AHS.
American Horror Story is a staple of television these days, and each year brings a new theme, new monsters, new intrigue, and a revolving cast of characters that is drastically different than what we got in Ghost House so many years ago.
So – as the horrors head back in time, is it up to the AHS highs of Hotel and Coven? Or is it down in the lows like your least favorite season. (Most people would put Roanoke here, but I love that season) — don’t be too shy shy, find out our thoughts right now!

The End – Battlestar Galactica
Tagged 2020, SciFi, The End, TVMark your calendars: Livestream For The Cure, May 28th – 31st.
It’s time to get Frakked and talk about one of the most influential shows of the last twenty years.
Sure, maybe in hindsight it has some flaws, which I’m sure we’ll jump to every 33 minutes, but in between listen as Hatton and Podcast Rob find out which one of them is a secret Cylon, get jettisoned from an airlock, and … is that …. is that a remake of a classic rock song we hear?
We’ll it’s time for you to hear it on The End – Battlestar Galactica

We’re heading out into deep seas this month for a “documentary” with a twist.. also a title so long it doesn’t fit in the title bar.
This journey is one of art, one of curiosity, and it is a divisive piece of cinema. If you don’t know anything about it – we get in there, so you’ve been warned this is a spoiler of an episode, perhaps more than usual.
That said – join PC Rob, Hatton, and Edmund Fitzgerald as we go spelunking deep into the abyss.

The BabyYodalorian
Tagged 2020, SciFi, star wars, TVThe new Disney Plus service was started with a treat for sci-fi and muppet fans, alike. A show that reframes the most mysterious of characters – makes a badass loveable – makes a sage adorable – makes a ‘First Time Mom’ movie a ‘Buddy Cop Adventure’
That’s right – it’s the BabyYodalorian… and yes, we know, it’s ACTUALLY called the Mandolorian… but is it though? Really? Come on. You know better than that.
So let’s get to it – talking about a Wars in Space… a Star Wars if you will… and the cute fuzzy eggsac that floats around it.
Ok, here we go!
OH – WAIT – Don’t forget to listen after the episode for the first episode of the new Stories To Amaze! We worked super hard on it, and want to throw out a special thanks to Pre-Recorded Live who lent their voice talents.
